For more than a hundred years situated in the old part of IJmuiden (30 minutes by car from Schiphol airport and Amsterdam Centre) and within walking distance of the fishing harbour, the locks and around the corner from the passenger terminal. The wide sandy beach, the dunes and the marina can be reached by car within 5 minutes.

Augusta has 25 nice rooms, with all modern comforts. Augusta has been extended and renovated, but the authentic style of a hundred years ago has been kept. In combination with its beautiful restaurant, the cosy bar and the "Herenkamer" with open fire and library, Augusta is the place to be!
